The wire feed speed is adjustable. The high power motor ensures that the motor is stable and powerful when feeding fine wire! This is something that many wire feeders cannot do! We have six wire feed wheels in 0.4/0.6, 0.8/1.0 and 1.2/1.6 sizes for the user to choose from, depending on the thickness of the material to choose the right wire size. In principle, thin wire is used for thin materials and thicker wire is used for thick materials.

   Functional features of the laser wire feeder.

1, there is a stop wire, wire feed function: some workpieces do not need to send wire, you can directly switch in the stop wire state through the switch, without the need to go back to wiring. Such as manual welding, you need to spot weld the workpiece first, spot welding does not need to send wire, the switch will switch to the stop wire state, spot welding and then pull welding, the switch will switch to the wire state, you can achieve continuous wire feeding! 2、Somewhat dynamic wire feeding function: you can point or long press this key to send the wire forward (used when installing the wire tray).

3、Point-action pull-back function: you can point, debug the wire out long, no need to cut, point, you can return to the ideal length, easy to use.

4、There is a continuous wire feeding pulse wire feeding function: pulse time and pulse interval time adjustable range of 0.01-99.99 seconds.

5、There is a synchronous wire feeding function: the wire feeding and laser out light start at the same time, if the wire break time and draw back time is set to 0, then stop the wire at the same time stop light; if the wire break time is set within 0.01-9.99 seconds, it is stop the wire after the wire draws back, the laser welder continues to out light dissolve the wire, so that the wire will not stick to the workpiece.

This function is particularly useful when adjusting the length of the wire feeder. In the case of other manufacturers of argon arc welding wire feeders, when the wire feeder is linked to the laser welding machine, the power supply to the welding machine needs to be switched off in order to achieve this function, and frequent switching on and off of the welding machine will affect the performance and service life of the welding machine.
