The Rotary Indexing Table Polishing Machine is engineered for precision finishing of pens, fountain pens, and other luxury writing instruments. Featuring a 12-spindle rotary indexing table and 4 dedicated polishing stations, this system delivers consistent, high-quality surface finishing while maximizing production efficiency.
12 Work Spindles:
Each spindle securely holds a pen or fountain pen body.
The spindles are evenly distributed around the rotary table to ensure balanced rotation and smooth indexing.
Servo-driven indexing provides precise positioning for every polishing step.
4 Polishing Stations:
Four independent stations are arranged around the table, each configurable for a different polishing process.
Stations can be equipped with polishing cloths, buffing wheels, or abrasive sleeves for sequential operations such as deburring, sanding, pre-polish, and mirror finishing.
Adjustable speed, pressure, and angle allow precise control over surface quality.
Automatic Indexing & Continuous Operation:
As the table rotates, each workpiece moves from station to station automatically.
Loading and unloading can occur simultaneously with polishing, reducing downtime and improving throughput.
High Efficiency: Multi-spindle setup allows multiple pens to be polished simultaneously, significantly increasing output.
Consistent Quality: Controlled polishing parameters ensure uniform finishes on all pens, preventing scratches, streaks, or uneven surfaces.
Flexible Process: Supports multi-stage finishing including matte, satin, or mirror polish depending on product design.
User-Friendly Control: PLC-based system with HMI touchscreen for recipe storage, real-time monitoring, and easy operation.
