Translucent keys, also known as transparent keys, are keys that emit light by themselves in the dark. Laser marking of transparent keys is a new type of laser technology born under high-tech technology, and its products have been gradually integrated into people's daily life.

With the improvement of people's quality of life, in the electronic 3C consumer market, the performance requirements of products are more diversified, including the personalized requirements for various functional buttons. Various buttons on the market today use the light-transmitting material sprayed on the surface to remove the paint according to the designed graphic or logo pattern. Under the LED light on the back, the light-transmitting effect of various function indicators is displayed. Light keys are not only able to precisely locate individual buttons. There are many ways to realize the light transmission of keys, but there will be some defects more or less. For example, in the hollow printing process, a hollow template with a fixed shape is designed to shield the required light-transmitting area, and then painting is applied to obtain the light-transmitting effect of the pattern. However, the template needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly. When a new light-transmitting pattern is required, the template has to be remade. Not only is the production efficiency low, but also when the product is updated, the template inventory will accumulate, resulting in a waste of resources. In the traditional paint removal process, the method of soaking in a paint remover is not suitable for the removal of a single flat paint layer, and most of the paint removers are toxic chemicals, which are not conducive to environmental protection. Mechanical grinding, scraping, high-pressure water or spraying Sand and other methods, which completely rely on mechanical force to remove paint, not only have low processing accuracy, difficult to control, but also easily damage plastic substrates, and it is difficult to achieve different light transmission effects.

Using a transparent key laser marking machine to remove the paint filling area corresponding to the key mark and the parameters used in the border area of the key mark are different.
