This 1350mm heavy-duty deburring and finishing machine is specially designed for laser-cut sheet metal parts that contain heavy slag, burrs, and sharp edges. It combines three powerful working units:

  1. Steel Hammer Disc Unit for heavy slag removal

  2. Sanding Belt Station for burr grinding and surface brushing

  3. Rotary Flap Wheel Brushes for edge rounding and oxide film removal

With dry processing, high feed rate, and vacuum bed holding, this machine delivers high throughput, safe edge rounding (R chamfering), and high surface consistency for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous materials.


Working Units & Functions

  1. Steel Hammer Disc Unit:

    • Mounted with hardened steel blocks that oscillate horizontally, hammering and dislodging heavy slag and large burrs typically found after plasma cutting or flame cutting.

    • Removes thick oxide layers and dross efficiently.

  2. Sanding Belt Station:

    • High-speed abrasive belt for burr grinding, surface preparation, and smoothing.

    • Ideal for removing secondary burrs after hammering and preparing the surface for brushing.

  3. Rotary Flap Wheel Brush Station:

    • 8 disc brushes on a planetary head.

    • Each flap wheel brush counter-rotates and revolves simultaneously to provide 360° edge rounding, hole deburring, and oxide layer removal without damaging film-coated sheets.

    • Rounding effect is adjustable (up to R2.0) based on brush media and process parameters.

This machine is a complete dry-processing system that removes heavy slag, laser oxide layers, burrs, and sharp edges in a single pass. Working Principle:
