This laser welder is specially developed by DAPENG LASER for precision laser welding of jewelry.
It is mainly used for perforating and spot welding of gold and silver jewelry, as well as the welding of mini and small metal parts.
Laser spot welding is an important application of laser processing technology.
The welding process is based on thermal conduction: laser radiation heats the surface of the workpiece, and the heat diffuses inward through thermal conduction. By precisely controlling the pulse width, energy, peak power, and repetition frequency, a specific molten pool is formed, achieving stable and accurate welding.
