The Multi-Station Automatic Rotary Metal Mirror Polishing Machine is an automated finishing system designed for high-quality surface polishing of metal components. The machine features a dual polishing-head configuration, a centrally driven chain rotary table, and 8 independent workstations.
Each workstation is equipped with a dedicated fixture to securely hold the workpiece during processing. As the rotary table indexes from station to station, the workpieces are automatically positioned in front of the polishing heads for continuous and repeatable surface finishing.
