Processed Products:
Carbon Steel
Stainless Steel
Aluminum Sheets
Copper Plates
Various Non-Ferrous Metals
Equipment Function:
This machine is a combination system featuring a dry steel hammer disc brush station, two sanding belt stations, and eight sets of universal sanding disc roller brush stations. It is designed to process:
The equipment effectively removes burrs generated during processes such as stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting. It ensures all burrs are removed from the edges and holes in one pass, resulting in:
A uniform small R radius on edges and holes
High-quality processing that ensures the workpiece attains perfect quality.
Workpiece edges
Hole burr removal
Surface treatments such as slag removal, deburring, and polishing of metal plates.
The machine operates in multiple stages to ensure thorough processing:
Steel Hammer Brush Disc Station:
The first step is the use of a horizontally swinging steel hammer brush disc, which strikes and removes slag particles and burrs from the workpiece surface.
Sanding Belt Station:
The second station uses a sanding belt to remove residual burrs by sanding the surface of the workpiece.
Universal Sanding Disc Roller Brush Stations:
These actions work on the workpiece edges and inner holes, removing burrs from all angles and creating uniform R corners. The size of the R corners can be adjusted based on the selected processing methods and abrasives.
Polishing
Scraping
Shaving
Filing
The final stage involves eight sets of universal sanding disc roller brushes, which rotate in reverse directions. These brushes perform high-speed centrifugal actions such as:
Independent Operation:
Each station (steel hammer, sanding belt, and sanding disc roller brush) can operate independently:
The machine uses special soft abrasive filaments designed for burr removal without harming the workpiece surface or film.
Steel Hammer Station: Removes slag from edges.
Sanding Belt Station: Performs surface brushing, polishing, oxide skin removal, and slag removal.
Sanding Disc Roller Brush Station: Provides 360-degree burr removal, especially effective for workpieces with protective films (such as after laser cutting or CNC punching). This ensures burrs are removed without damaging the film or scratching the sheet metal.
Conveyor System:
The conveyor system uses permanent magnetic adsorption to securely hold the workpiece, enabling through-feed processing for workpieces larger than 50mm x 50mm (non-holed workpieces) without the need for fixtures. Special workpieces can be processed using custom fixtures.
The conveyor system features variable frequency and stepless speed adjustment for flexibility.
Wet-Type Dust Collector:
The equipment comes with a wet-type dust collector, which reduces safety hazards by efficiently managing grinding dust. It uses a high-pressure fan to draw dust into the dust collection chamber, where it is filtered and absorbed environmentally. Clean air is then released into the atmosphere, improving worker safety and recycling metal powder.
Increased Production Efficiency:
Continuous feeding through-feed processing meets the demands of high-volume orders, ensuring consistent and quick production.
Improved Product Quality:
The processed workpieces exhibit consistent quality and superior surface treatment effects compared to manual processing methods.
Cost Savings:
The cost per unit area for processing is much lower than manual methods, providing significant cost savings over time.
Safety and Environmental Protection:
The dust absorption system enhances safety by improving the working environment and recycling metal powder, contributing to environmentally friendly production.
