Our 800mm Deburring Machine is specifically engineered for efficient and high-quality burr removal, edge rounding, and surface finishing of metal parts produced through punching and stamping processes.

Main Functions:
The MSP-M800 is a dry-type deburring machine equipped with four sets of planetary universal abrasive roller brushes. It is specifically designed for removing burrs from part edges and holes, especially those caused by stamping, shearing, or laser cutting processes. It provides complete 360° deburring in a single pass and produces a uniform small-radius edge rounding effect (R angle). The deburring process is safe, reliable, and enhances the overall surface quality without damaging the workpiece.
The machine uses four groups of planetary universal abrasive roller brushes. Adjacent brushes rotate in opposite directions (self-rotation and planetary rotation), creating high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing actions on part edges and inner holes.
This ensures full coverage deburring without blind spots, while preserving dimensional accuracy. The machine achieves uniform R angle edge rounding, with the radius adjustable by selecting different abrasive materials and brush configurations.
This through-feed machine is particularly effective for laser-cut or CNC-punched sheet metal parts with protective film. It removes burrs thoroughly without damaging the film or scratching the sheet. The specially designed soft abrasive filaments target only burrs, making the machine ideal for scratch-free deburring of delicate sheet metal parts, including irregularly shaped components.
The powerful vacuum table fixes parts securely during processing. Parts as small as 50mm × 50mm (without holes) can be processed directly without additional tooling. Special jigs can be provided for irregular parts.
Conveyor feed is variable-frequency adjustable for speed control.
The machine is equipped with a wet-type dust collector, using a top-mounted high-pressure blower to extract grinding dust into a sealed chamber. Water mist traps dust particles, and clean air is exhausted into the atmosphere.
