MSD-C800 Finishing Machine:
In the first station of the finishing machine, the burr is removed with a grinding belt, resulting in a flat, burr-free surface. After grinding, four oscillating disc brushes follow that exert light pressure on the product, ensuring a rounding on both inner and outer contours. As a final operation, the Multibrush round brushes ensure your product is perfectly finished. The six brushes provide a non-directional finish and round the edges with a radius of 2+ mm, giving the product a high-quality and durable appearance.

Equipment Function:
Dry-type combination machine with two oscillating steel hammer disc brush stations and one wide abrasive belt station.
Primarily used for deburring edges and holes, as well as surface treatments (slag removal, scratch removal, oxide skin defect elimination, polishing, and wire drawing) on metal plates.
Designed to remove burrs produced during processes like stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting in one pass, ensuring safe and reliable processing with perfect quality.
Steel Hammer Disc Brush Stations:
Two horizontally oscillating stations remove slag and burrs from the workpiece surface.
Abrasive Belt Station:
Used to remove burrs, scratches, oxide skin defects, and perform sanding on the surface.
The equipment ensures dimensional accuracy through continuous through-feed processing.
Independent Operation:
Steel hammer brush stations independently remove slag from edges.
Abrasive belt station independently handles tasks like scratch removal, oxide skin elimination, wire drawing, polishing, and deburring on the metal surface.
Conveyor System:
Strong vacuum negative pressure secures workpieces, enabling processing without tooling (for workpieces at least 50mm x 50mm, thickness 0.5-10mm).
Special workpieces can be processed with optional tooling.
Magnetic adsorption on the worktable holds carbon steel workpieces of 30mm x 30mm or larger for through-feed processing.
Dust Collection:
Paired with a wet dust collector and high-flow fan for efficient dust management.
A high-pressure fan draws grinding dust into a chamber, where it is settled through spray for filtration and absorption. Clean air is then released into the atmosphere, ensuring safety and an eco-friendly environment.
