BT250 series is a wide-band high-power welding head with large clear aperture suitable for semiconductor and optical fiber wavelengths launched by Swiss RAYTOOLS AG in 2016, up to 6KW.
BT250 has a clear aperture of up to 48mm, and can support various solid-state lasers with a maximum divergence half-angle (NA value) of 0.22. The convenient and replaceable protective lens design makes the focusing lens not contaminated. At the same time, it provides two configurations of optical fiber for vertical incidence and horizontal incidence.
BT250 can choose various focal lengths, up to 300mm (focal length greater than 300mm can be customized). Optional coaxial air nozzle or air knife and side blowing device help extend the life of the protective mirror and protect the weld.
