Equipment Functions:
This equipment features a dry sand belt and a combination of six universal sand roller brushes. It is mainly used for edge and hole deburring, as well as for achieving metal plate hairlines, deoxidation skin removal, polishing, and other processing treatments.
It can handle burrs from stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, flame cutting, and other processes in all directions, achieving a small R angle effect on edges and holes. The processing is safe and reliable, ensuring perfect quality for the workpieces.
The equipment first uses a sand belt station to remove large burrs and slag particles from the surface of the workpiece.
It then employs six groups of universal sand roller brushes for high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, and cutting. This removes burrs from edges and inner holes while forming a uniform R angle (R angle size can be adjusted using different processes and abrasive belts). The processing does not affect the accuracy of the workpiece size.
Both the sand belt station and the sand roller brush station can operate independently:
Sand Belt Station: Independently achieves metal hairline, polishing, peeling, and slag removal.
Sand Roller Brush: Provides 360-degree burr treatment without dead spots, especially useful for laser-cutting and CNC-punched coated sheet metal parts. It cleans burrs effectively without damaging the coating, ensuring no scratches on the sheet metal.
The equipment uses special soft abrasive wire designed for burr characteristics, making it a harmless tool for burr removal on coated sheet metal surfaces and providing superior processing efficiency.
The conveying system is equipped with strong vacuum negative pressure adsorption to fix workpieces. For workpieces above 50mm, processing can be achieved without tooling; special workpieces can be fixed with supporting tooling. The transmission system features frequency conversion without speed control.
A wet vacuum cleaner supports the system, reducing safety risks and efficiently handling grinding dust. A high-pressure high-flow fan extracts dust into a dust chamber, where water deposition and filtration occur. Clean air is then discharged into the atmosphere, providing a good working environment, recycling metal powder, and ensuring environmentally friendly production.
