This deburring and finishing machine is designed for removing burrs, rounding edges, and removing slag from sheet metal. It is particularly effective in processing steel sheets and other metals, removing slag and burrs caused by processes such as drilling, stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting. The machine ensures that the edges and holes of metal parts are rounded with a small R curve, while delivering a clean surface without any damage to the workpiece.
The equipment operates with a combination of three different processing units:
Hammer Disc Brush Unit: This unit removes slag particles and burrs from the surface by striking them.
Sanding Belt Unit: This unit performs surface cleaning and grinding, removing residual burrs.
Omni-Directional Brush Unit: The unit consists of four sets of omni-directional sanding discs that rotate in opposite directions. This system provides high-speed centrifugal polishing, scraping, and deburring action on the edges and holes of the workpiece, ensuring uniform burr removal and producing consistent R angles.
Deburring and Surface Treatment: The machine processes the edges, holes, and surface of metal sheets, providing a clean, uniform, and smooth finish.
Edge Rounding: The system can achieve precise edge rounding, creating a small R radius on the edges and holes.
No Damage to Workpiece Dimensions: The equipment ensures that the size precision of the workpiece is maintained during the deburring and edge rounding process.
Independent Operation: The hammer disc brush, sanding belt, and omni-directional brush can operate independently, offering flexibility for specific processing tasks.
