This equipment is mainly used in the welding of LED panel light frame,SMT screen frame, screen printing screen frame, window screen aluminum frame, aluminum alloy doors and windows, air conditioning air vent, our company developed this equipment according to years of welding experience on aluminum frame and according to customer requirements, the characteristics of this equipment are as follows.

2. This equipment has a wire filling function, so that customers can choose whether to fill the wire according to the welding characteristics of the product, and the welding channel is full of wire filling effect, which is convenient for the subsequent grinding and polishing.

3. This equipment adopts double-station interactive welding, and can also be used in single-station. When double-station welding, it greatly improves the efficiency of the laser system, and at the same time increases the production capacity and saves production costs.

4. after processing the SMT mesh frame, it can save the welding channel grinding process in the later section

DESIGN & OPTIONS. LED FRAME PANEL LIGHT has a lightweight aluminum frame with excellent heat dissipation and a PC lens for uniform light distribution.

INSTALLATION. Installation is fast and easy: simply remove the T-Bar tile, drop the fixture in, then wire and replace the tile. The frame includes four L-shaped connectors and four LED strips.

APPLICATION. LED FRAME PANEL LIGHTS are perfect for commercial, residential or public facilities such as: offices, lobbies, hallways, classrooms, conference rooms, hotels, school facilities, libraries, showrooms, workshops, healthcare facilities and so on!
