The G-630 5-Axis CNC Machining Center is a high-performance machining solution designed for precision machining of complex metal components, curved surfaces and multi-sided workpieces.
Equipped with a 630 mm-class 5-axis rotary table, the machine combines X, Y and Z linear axes with A and C rotary axes to provide flexible 5-axis machining capabilities. Complex workpieces can be machined from multiple directions in a single setup, reducing repositioning operations and improving machining efficiency and accuracy.
The G-630 features a rigid machine structure, high-precision transmission system and advanced CNC control. It is suitable for continuous machining of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium and other metal materials.
The machine is widely used for aerospace components, automotive parts, precision molds, impellers, blades, pump bodies, valve bodies, mechanical components and other complex precision parts.
