2. Remove the oil on the inner surface of the tire. The main components of the oil are methylhydrosiloxane (5-15%) and water, with a cleanliness of 99.97%.
3. After cleaning, the friction coefficient of the inner surface will increase>35mN/m, and the surface tension will reach 38dyne/cm.
4. Considering production capacity requirements and increasing production capacity, reducing costs, the cleaning efficiency is more than 60cm/sec, and the most ideal is more than 90cm/sec.

The dyne pen is used to test the surface tension of the material, and it can easily analyze the surface ability, hydrophilicity, wettability and other small changes of different solids. The analysis method is simple and effective. It only scratches a mark on the surface of the substrate, and the accurate result can be quickly known in 2-3 seconds. If there is no bead point, it means that the surface dyne is higher than or equal to the index marked on the surface tension test pen, and the effect is shown in the figure above. Otherwise, it does not meet the expected surface tension.
