LSD-162
The 162 represents an innovative solution for deburring, deflashing, edge rounding, buffing, grinding, polishing, and finishing metal parts. This machine bridges the gap between manual tools and expensive through-feed machines, providing a cost-effective semi-automatic option for efficient processing of laser-cut, plasma-cut, or punched metal parts.
Versatile Operation:
The 162-Series is designed to efficiently handle a variety of tasks, including deburring, edge rounding, and finishing for small and medium-sized production runs.
Grinding Head:
The machine features a grinding head with two rotating disc tools mounted on a swinging arm equipped with a weight compensation device. This design allows for easy manual guidance over the workpiece.
Efficient Processing:
The machine operates three to four times faster than traditional manual deburring methods, improving productivity while maintaining precision.
Flexible Swing Arm:
The swinging arm provides a range of motion (1500 mm × 360°), allowing the operator to reach all edges and surfaces of the workpiece from various angles.
Rotatable Head:
The grinding head can be tilted 180°, enabling quick switching between deburring discs and rounding discs, enhancing versatility.
Safety Features:
Numerous safety mechanisms are included, such as automatic motor shutdown when the head is tilted and pneumatic brakes for the swinging arm.
High-Performance Dust Management:
Equipped with a high-friction table cover, dust drawer, and extraction outlet to maintain a clean working environment.
Processing Capability:
Suitable for processing foil-covered or zinc-plated parts, as well as materials like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Deburring: The deburring machine effectively removes burrs generated during processes such as cutting, stamping, and laser cutting. This helps prevent damage to parts during subsequent processing or use.
Edge Beveling: By beveling the edges of metal parts, sharp edges can be avoided, enhancing safety and prolonging the lifespan of the components.
Surface Smoothing: The manual deburring machine can make metal surfaces smoother, improving their appearance and feel, which is especially important for products with high aesthetic requirements.
Oxide Layer Removal: Metal parts often develop oxide layers during processing, and the deburring machine can effectively remove these layers, ensuring clean surfaces suitable for subsequent painting or plating.
Improving Adhesion: By deburring and polishing the metal surface, the adhesion of coatings or adhesives can be increased, thereby enhancing product durability.
Improving Welding Quality: Clean and smooth metal surfaces help improve welding quality and reduce welding defects.
Manual Control: The manual deburring machine allows operators to have fine control based on specific needs, making it suitable for handling complex shapes and small-batch production.
