300
The Model 300 is equipped with two disc units—one for deburring and one for edge rounding. Workpieces are placed on a high-friction feed belt, where disc tools parallel to the workpiece push it against the feed belt during operation. This setup allows for the processing of very small workpieces, starting from 20 x 20 mm.
Two Rotating Discs in a Row: Ensures processing from two directions due to the disc diameter being larger than the width of the feed belt.
Even Wear of Disc Tools: Ensures consistent performance and longevity.
Quick Tool Changes: Only two discs need to be changed when switching between materials, ensuring minimal downtime.
Versatility: A wide variety of disc tools are available, making the machine adaptable to various applications.
Cost Efficiency: Low investment and operating costs.
Deburring and Edge Rounding: Suitable for laser cut, plasma cut, water cut, and punched parts.
3D Punched Parts: Effective for deburring and edge rounding.
Small Parts: Capable of processing pieces as small as 20 x 20 mm.
Foil Covered or Zinc Plated Parts: Ideal for these materials.
Material Compatibility: Can process steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Working Widths: 300 mm, 400 mm, 650 mm
Smallest Workpiece Size: 20 mm x 20 mm
Material Thickness: 0.3 mm – 80 mm
Rotating Cleaning Brush: Cleans the conveyor belt from below on the outfeed side.
Infinitely Variable Disc RPM: Adjusts disc rpm for different applications.
Quick-Fix Tool Connector: Speeds up disc changes when switching between materials.
Motorized Height Adjustment: For setting the material thickness.
Magnetic Track: Permanent magnetic track below the feed belt for holding down smaller steel parts, with demagnetization occurring below the feed belt on the outfeed side.
Extended Feed Table: For processing longer parts.
Conveyor Tables: Available in different lengths and widths, with optional feed speed linkage to the machine.
Dust Extraction Unit: Available for removing harmful abrasive dust, suitable for wet or dry processing.
Rotating Disc without Oscillation: The workpiece passes under the rotating disc, which processes from two directions (left to right and right to left).
SoftDisc: For deburring mild steel or aluminum.
CompactDisc: Legally-protected tool for removing higher burrs and spatter on stainless steel.
MediumDisc: Available in different grit sizes and hardnesses for edge rounding.
OrbitalDisc: For creating a non-directional finish with the patented Löwer Orbital device.
Flexible SmartFlexDisc: For edge rounding foil-coated, zinc-coated, or 3D punched sheet metal parts.
