Laser marking technology is one of the largest application areas of laser processing. Laser marking is a marking method that uses high-energy-density lasers to locally irradiate the workpiece to vaporize or change the color of the surface material, thereby leaving a permanent mark. Laser marking can produce a variety of characters, symbols and patterns, etc., and the size of the characters can range from millimeters to micrometers, which has special significance for the fine processing of products. Using Huagong Laser LSD12E large-format laser marking machine to draw and engrave the laptop shell, the speed can reach 1600mm/s, and the maximum speed can reach 10000mm/s. It takes about 7 minutes to complete the engraving of the 14-inch notebook panel with intricately carved and filled patterns. Engraving patterns directly on the aluminum shell, magnesium-aluminum alloy surface, and stainless steel shell: beautiful graphics, neat edges, it is the best process to replace silk screen and knife engraving. After engraving, it is electroplated with silver, and the texture is outstanding.
New application 2: Oxygen breaking on the alloy surface of CO2 galvanometer engraving machine
