The Rotary Indexing Table Polishing Machine is an advanced finishing system developed for furniture hardware production, especially metal handles, pulls, and knobs. It is equipped with a 12-station rotary indexing table and 4 polishing stations evenly distributed around the table circumference.
During operation, workpieces are clamped onto fixtures on the rotary table. With each index step, the table rotates by one position, transferring the workpieces from one polishing station to the next. This design enables continuous multi-stage processing, ensuring high productivity and consistent surface finishing quality.
