The common label of metal laser cutting machine is flexible, so what is flexible?
First of all, let us look at it literally. Flexibility means more flexibility in the production process. Flexible production means that different production tasks can be completed in production, and market demand can be adjusted quickly to maximize the use of resources.
Laser cutting machine is an important equipment for flexible production. The flexibility of fiber laser cutting machine processing refers to the changeable processing combination: the laser beam adopts two methods: direct and guided. The laser can be rotated, tilted, up and down, left and right, etc., and can process the vertical surface of the workpiece and the surface of other complicated workpieces; and it is directly driven without idle travel and high accuracy. Using a machine to move or flip the parts under the beam in a multi-axis manner can process some parts that are difficult to process with traditional methods. The laser head can move freely up and down, left and right, the workpiece can be kept fixed during processing, and the processing of complex workpieces can still be realized. Moreover, as long as the moving and rotating table is used, parts with larger strokes than the axis can be processed. The laser beam adopts automatic focus control. The linear axis of the laser system can be positioned along the optical axis or any axis to keep the beam focused; the focus position can be accurately known at any time, and the stroke is unlimited.
Therefore, the metal laser cutting machine can realize the one-time processing and shaping of sheet metal parts. No matter how complicated the sheet metal parts are, as long as the graphics can be drawn in the computer, processing and production can be realized.
