I. Processing Scope of the Equipment

II. Working Principle of the Equipment
1. Two Main Working Stations:
Abrasive Belt Station:
Removes slag particles and large burrs from the surface, while also achieving surface brushing and polishing.
Eight-Position Rotary Abrasive Brush Station:
High-speed centrifugal polishing, with forward and reverse rotation + planetary rotation for burr removal without dead spots.
The brushes use soft abrasive filaments that do not damage coated or thin sheet metal surfaces, making it suitable for laser-cut or coated parts.
2. Conveyor and Workpiece Fixing System:
Vacuum Adsorption for Workpiece Fixing:
Supports direct processing for workpieces ≥50mm×50mm (without holes).
Special workpieces can be fixed using optional tooling.
Variable Frequency Conveyor System:
