Product Overview
The 600×600mm Automatic Flat Metal Polishing Machine is specially designed for surface polishing and mirror finishing of flat metal products, including stainless steel plates, metal sheets, hardware parts, kitchenware components, and other flat workpieces.
The machine adopts a PLC automatic control system, with a 600mm wide polishing wheel, pneumatic polishing head lifting, adjustable polishing pressure, and a movable worktable. The worktable can move forward and backward along the guide rail and perform left-right oscillating movement, ensuring uniform polishing results and high surface quality.
It is suitable for applications requiring high gloss, smooth surface, and consistent polishing performance.

Working Process
Place the workpiece on the polishing table.
Set polishing parameters through PLC controller.
Polishing wheel automatically lowers to working position.
Worktable moves forward and backward while oscillating left and right.
The polishing wheel performs repeated reciprocating polishing.
After reaching the preset polishing cycles, the machine automatically stops.
Polishing head rises and the finished product can be removed.
