800mm Automatic Deburring Machines for Small Plasma And Flame Cut Parts Burr Removal And Edge Rounding

Product Description

I. Main Processing Range of the Equipment

  1. Processed Products:

    • Stainless steel

    • Carbon steel

    • Aluminum plates

    • Copper plates

    • Various non-ferrous metals

  2. Equipment Functions:

    • Deburring the edges and holes of workpieces

    • Achieving a brushed finish on metal sheets

    • Removing oxide skin

    • Polishing and other processing tasks

    • This machine is a combination model featuring a dry sanding belt station and four sets of universal sanding disc roller brushes.

    • It is mainly used for:

    • The machine can remove burrs generated during processes such as stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting in a comprehensive and efficient manner, achieving minimal R radius on all edges and holes.

    • The processing is safe and reliable, ensuring that the workpieces meet perfect quality standards.

II. Working Principle of the Equipment

  • The machine first removes larger burrs and slag particles from the surface of the workpiece using a sanding belt station.

  • Then, four sets of universal sanding disc brushes work as follows:

    • Adjacent sanding disc brushes rotate in opposite directions while the brush assembly revolves.

    • This action performs high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, and filing on the edges and inner holes of the workpieces, removing burrs from all angles.

    • The edges and inner holes achieve burr removal and an R angle of approximately 0.2-0.5mm (the size of the R angle can be adjusted by selecting different processes and abrasives).

  • Independent Operation:

    • The sanding belt station can operate independently to achieve brushing, polishing, oxide removal, and slag removal on metal sheets.

    • The sanding disc brushes can also operate independently to ensure 360-degree burr removal, particularly effective for laser-cut and CNC-punched metal parts covered with film.

  • Safety Design:

    • The machine employs special soft abrasive wires, designed specifically for burr removal, ensuring that it does not damage the surface of the workpiece (even with a film).

    • A strong vacuum system provides negative pressure adsorption to secure the workpiece, allowing for pass-through processing without fixtures for workpieces larger than 50mm × 50mm (non-holed). Special fixtures can be used for unique parts.

  • Environmental Design:

    • The machine includes a wet dust collection system that reduces safety hazards and effectively handles grinding dust.

    • A high-pressure, high-flow fan draws the grinding dust into the dust chamber, where it is filtered and absorbed through water, ensuring that clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.

Advantages of Using the Equipment

  1. Improved Production Efficiency: Continuous feeding and pass-through processing can meet the demands of order volumes.

  2. Enhanced Product Quality: The consistency of processed workpieces is high, and the surface treatment quality far exceeds that of manual processes.

  3. Cost Savings: The cost of processing per unit area of workpiece is significantly lower than manual handling.

  4. Safety and Environmental Protection: Dust absorption enhances worker safety and improves the working environment.

Deburring and Finishing Processes

1. Deburring with a Wide Belt

The wide belt unit effectively removes burrs generated during laser cutting and punching operations. This method ensures a uniform and reliable deburring process, enhancing the overall quality of the finished metal parts.

2. Edge Rounding with Rotary Brushes

Edge rounding is achieved using rotary brushes, which provide the most effective and consistent results. These brushes can create an edge radius of up to 2.0 mm by making contact with the sheet metal parts from all directions, ensuring thorough treatment of edges for optimal safety and aesthetics.

3. Surface Finishing with Finishing Belts

Surface finishing is performed using both grinding belts and finishing fleece belts. The grinding belts effectively remove burrs from the edges of the parts, while the finishing fleece belts are utilized to apply an attractive surface finish, enhancing the visual appeal and smoothness of the finished product.
