experimental method


Use Chuangxin Laser's MFQS-150W/1500W quasi-continuous fiber laser for precision spot welding of stainless steel. The laser spot welding experiment is carried out on the scanning galvanometer laser welding platform, using side-axis auxiliary gas protection. In the case of different laser peak powers (300W, 600W, 900W, 1200W, 1500W), optimize the light waveform and process parameters to ensure the quality of welding joints. Experimental results


1. Experimental results when the laser peak power is 300W

Through the analysis of the experimental results, it can be seen that when the peak laser power is 300W, 600W, 900W, 1200W, 1500W, the fluctuation of the solder joint size is maintained within 8%, the energy is concentrated and stable, and the solder joints are uniform, which can well meet the needs of consumer electronics.
