Fault One


Fault phenomenon: Turn on the main power switch, press the trigger button, the power does not start.


Failure reason: The failure is due to the action of the protection circuit, which causes the AC 380V voltage to be unable to be applied.


Remedy: First, push on the "AC380V power supply" switch, press the power supply "start" button, and observe whether the AC contactor is working. , You should check whether the water pressure protection device caused by water circulation is connected, otherwise, the AC contactor is damaged.


Secondly, use a multimeter R#times; 1K block to check whether the 2K/10W power resistance in the power supply circuit? If it is broken, replace it.


Finally, check whether the 12V power supply of the control optical deflection motor is normal. Use a multimeter to measure whether there is 12V voltage at both ends of the motor. If not, check the input of the rectifier circuit (AC 17V). If not, check the input and output terminals of the transformer for AC voltage, 220V at the input and 17V at the output, if so 220V voltage without 17V, the transformer is damaged, replace it.

Fault two


Fault phenomenon: the marking machine works normally, but when the "current" button is adjusted, the power meter has no display and is always zero.


Failure reason: If there is no display, the power supply of the power meter is faulty; if it is always displayed as zero, the power meter sampling signal is interrupted.


Remedy: Check whether the rectified DC voltage 12V of the transformer supplied by the power meter is normal. If it is normal, check whether there is 5V voltage on pin 3 of 7805. If there is no 5V, the 7805 three-terminal regulator tube is damaged. After replacement, troubleshooting .


If the power meter display is always zero, the power meter sampling signal is interrupted. Inspection method: use a multimeter R#times; 1#Omega; file, search backward according to the circuit schematic diagram, and finally determine the disconnection.


Fault Three


Fault phenomenon: the marking machine works normally, but when the "current" button is adjusted, the power meter has no display and is always zero.


Failure reason: If there is no display, the power supply of the power meter is faulty; if it is always displayed as zero, the power meter sampling signal is interrupted.


Troubleshooting method: Check whether the rectified DC voltage 12V of the power meter is normal. If it is normal, check whether there is a 12V voltage on pin 1 of 7805. If so, the 7805 three-terminal regulator tube is damaged. After replacement, troubleshoot.


If it is always displayed as zero, the power meter sampling signal is interrupted. Inspection method: use a multimeter R#times; 1#Omega; file, search backward according to the circuit schematic diagram.
