This high-performance sheet metal deburring and edge rounding machine is specially designed for processing laser-cut, punched, and nibbled parts. The machine offers flexible configuration options to meet various production and surface finishing requirements.
1-Head Model:
Equipped with 1 Universal Rotating Brush Head
Suitable for basic deburring and edge rounding
Ideal for thin sheets and small batch processing

2-Head Model:
Combination of 1 Wide Abrasive Belt + 1 Universal Brush Head
Offers slag removal and uniform edge rounding
Suitable for parts with heavier burrs or oxide layers

3-Head Model:
Equipped with 2 Wide Abrasive Belts + 1 Universal Brush Head
Enables aggressive grinding, fine deburring, and R2 edge rounding in a single pass
Ideal for high-volume, precision metal finishing
