This 1600mm wide industrial-grade deburring machine is designed specifically for large-format flame-cut and oxy-fuel cut steel plates. Combining a heavy-duty sanding belt and high-efficiency flap wheel brushes, it performs deburring, oxide removal, edge rounding (up to R2.0 mm), and surface finishing in a single pass.

Ideal for heavy steel fabrication, shipbuilding, construction equipment, and other industries dealing with thick, rough-edged parts.

This dry-type deburring machine combines a high-powered sanding belt station with eight sets of planetary rotary disc brushes. It is designed for:

It efficiently removes burrs from parts processed by laser cutting, stamping, plasma cutting, flame cutting, and shearing, ensuring clean, safe, and reliable results with high-quality surface finishes.

Step-by-Step Operation:

  1. Sanding Belt Station

    • Removes large burrs, dross, and oxide from the surface.

  2. 8-Head Planetary Disc Brush System

    • Adjacent brushes rotate in opposite directions.

    • The brush module revolves around the workpiece for 360° uniform deburring.

    • Generates centrifugal scraping, grinding, and filing effects, creating consistent R-radius edge rounding.

    • Sand belt for surface finishing (brushing, polishing, oxide removal)

    • Rotary brushes for protective film-safe deburring
