The Air-Cooled Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine Series is a compact, portable, and high-efficiency handheld laser cleaning solution designed for industrial mold maintenance and surface treatment.
It effectively removes rust, oxidation layers, rubber residues, carbon black, sintered deposits, release agents, oil, grease, paint, and surface contamination, while causing no damage to mold textures or precision structures.

Working Principle

The system uses a pulsed fiber laser (1064 nm).
Laser energy is selectively absorbed by contaminants such as oxides, rubber residue, carbon, oil, or paint. These layers rapidly vaporize or detach due to thermal expansion and micro-shock effects, while the mold substrate reflects most of the laser energy.
