The Air-Cooled Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine Series (100W / 200W / 300W) is a portable, handheld laser cleaning solution specially designed for industrial mold maintenance.
It provides non-contact, non-destructive, and highly efficient cleaning for various molds without damaging surface texture, patterns, or precision.
This series is widely used for cleaning tire molds, rubber molds, sealing ring molds, glass bottle molds, pharmaceutical glass molds, plastic injection molds, and metal die-casting molds, removing stubborn contaminants such as rubber residue, carbon black, sintered deposits, oxide layers, oil, grease, release agents, rust, and paint.


The pulsed fiber laser emits high-energy laser pulses at 1064 nm, which are selectively absorbed by contaminants rather than the mold substrate.
The contaminants rapidly vaporize or detach due to thermal expansion and micro-shock effects, while the base material remains intact.
