Working Principle

The pulsed fiber laser emits short-duration, high-energy pulses (1064 nm wavelength).
Contaminants such as rubber, oxide, paint, or carbon deposits absorb the laser energy and are rapidly vaporized or detached, while the mold substrate reflects the laser energy and remains intact.
