Processed Products: Carbon steel plates, etc.
Equipment Functionality: This equipment features a dry processing configuration that includes a set of steel hammer disc brushes, a transverse sanding belt station, and a universal roller brush station. It is primarily designed to process the edges and holes of workpieces by removing burrs and achieving surface treatment of metal plates, such as slag removal, brushing, deburring, and polishing. It can comprehensively eliminate burrs generated during processes like drilling, stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting, ensuring all edges and holes achieve a minimal R arc effect. The processing is safe and reliable, resulting in products of excellent quality.
The equipment first employs a set of horizontally swinging steel hammer disc brushes to strike and remove slag particles and burrs from the workpiece surface. Next, a transverse sanding belt station further removes any residual burrs and smooths the surface. Following this, a universal roller brush station (composed of four sets of universal sanding disc brushes, with adjacent brushes rotating in opposite directions) performs high-speed centrifugal polishing, scraping, and filing on the edges and inner holes of the workpiece. This ensures thorough burr removal without affecting the precision of the workpiece, producing uniformly rounded edges (the size of the R corner can be achieved by selecting different processes and abrasives). This method of processing does not compromise the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece.
Additionally, the steel hammer, sanding, and roller brush stations can operate independently: the steel hammer station can independently remove slag from edges; the sanding station can achieve surface brushing, polishing, and deburring of metal plates; and the roller brush can operate independently to provide 360-degree burr removal, particularly effective for laser-cut and CNC-punched sheet metal without damaging the protective film on the parts. The equipment employs specially designed soft abrasive materials that focus on the characteristics of burrs, making it an effective deburring device that does not harm the surface of film-covered sheet metal parts, while also providing excellent processing efficiency for irregular workpieces.
The conveyor system is equipped with a strong permanent magnet for fixing the workpieces, allowing for tool-free processing of carbon steel parts sized ≥ 50mm × 50mm. The conveyor system features variable frequency speed control.
A wet vacuum cleaner is included to minimize safety hazards and effectively manage grinding dust. High-pressure, high-flow fans draw grinding dust into the dust chamber, where water spray helps settle the dust. The filtered clean air is then discharged into the atmosphere, providing a better working environment for operators while recycling metal dust for environmentally friendly production.
Increased Production Efficiency: Continuous feeding and through-feed processing meet order volume requirements.
Improved Product Quality: Consistent processing of workpieces with surface treatment results that far exceed manual methods.
Cost Savings: Processing cost per unit area is significantly lower than manual methods.
Safety and Environmental Protection: Dust collection improves safety for operators and enhances the working environment.

A deburring machine is designed to remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections from metal parts after manufacturing processes like cutting, punching, or machining. These machines can employ various methods, including grinding, sanding, and brushing, to achieve a smooth surface finish and improve the safety and aesthetics of the workpieces.
A deburring machine for sheet metal specifically targets flat metal sheets. It effectively eliminates burrs and sharp edges from laser-cut, sheared, or stamped metal parts, ensuring that the edges are smooth and safe to handle. This type of machine often uses wide sanding belts and brush heads to process larger surface areas efficiently.
Deburring machines for metal polishing and sanding combine deburring and finishing processes in one unit. These machines are equipped with multiple tools, such as sanding belts and polishing wheels, to enhance the surface quality of metal components. They are ideal for achieving a mirror-like finish while simultaneously removing any burrs and rough edges.
A deburring machine for metal sheet is tailored for processing flat metal sheets, effectively removing burrs and imperfections caused during cutting and shaping processes. These machines can be configured with various abrasive tools and are suitable for materials like stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
Similar to the previous entry, a deburring machine for sheet metal focuses on treating flat metal sheets, ensuring that all edges are smooth and free of burrs. This type of machine often features adjustable parameters for processing different sheet thicknesses and sizes, making it versatile for various applications.
