How to set up wire feeder for 1kw fiber handheld laser welding machine?
Laser wire feeder system installation.
Wire feeder system accessories: wire feeder clamps, copper welding nozzles, copper wire feeder nozzles, wire feeder hoses.
Note: When connecting the wire feeder to the wire feeding fixture, turn off the external control button on the control panel.
The wire diameters often used in welding are 0.8mm, 1mm and 1.2mm, and the weight of the wire tray should be within 10kg.
1. After the wire feed system has been installed, connect the wire feed interface to the wire feed hose, loosen the screws, connect the copper nozzle and hose, and fix the screws after connection.
2, connected to the wire feeder and laser equipment, press the red key to turn on the wire feeder, press the light key on the torch to wire out, rotate the black turn key to adjust the speed of the wire out, the reference speed of the wire out is 5~5.5, press the light key on the torch, keep the wire out until the wire is sent out through the wire feed hose, fix the screw, fix the wire feed hose.
3, install the wire feed copper nozzle on the fixture, adjust the position of the wire so that the wire is stuck in the copper nozzle recessed mouth, red light against the wire, fix the screw after alignment.
