This combination ensures both heavy burr removal and a smooth, rounded finish on the edges of workpieces.

2. Heavy Burrs Deburring:

• The machine is equipped with a large diameter deburring drum made from extra soft rubber , specifically designed for removing large burrs on thick materials like heavy steel parts. The drum applies concentrated pressure on the edges where burrs are located, leaving the surface of the material lightly touched, preserving the integrity of the workpiece.
