Equipment Function: This equipment is a dry sand belt and eight groups of universal sand tablet roller brushes combination model. It is mainly used to handle:
The equipment efficiently removes burrs produced by stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, flame cutting, and other processes. It ensures that all edges and holes are processed to achieve a smooth R-arc effect. The processing is safe and reliable, ensuring perfect quality for the workpieces.

The equipment operates in two main stages:
Sand Belt Station: Used for metal hairline treatment, polishing, peeling, slag removal, etc.
Sand Rolling Brush Station: Used for 360-degree burr treatment, especially for laser-cut or CNC-punched coated sheet metal parts. It ensures burr removal without damaging the coating or scratching the sheet metal surface.
The sand belt station and sand roller brush station can also work independently:
The equipment uses special soft abrasive wires, designed specifically for burr removal, ensuring no damage (even with coated sheet metal). It provides superior processing efficiency for irregular or special workpieces.
Vacuum System: The strong vacuum negative pressure adsorption system fixes workpieces securely for efficient processing. Workpieces greater than 50mm x 50mm can be processed without tooling, while special workpieces can be fixed with supporting tooling.
Dust Management: The system includes a wet vacuum cleaner, reducing safety risks and efficiently handling grinding dust. A high-pressure fan draws the dust into the dust chamber, and water deposition helps filter and absorb dust, improving air quality for a safer working environment.
First Stage: A sand belt station removes larger slag particles and burrs from the surface of the workpiece.
Second Stage: Through eight groups of universal sand tablet roller brushes, the workpiece edges and inner holes undergo high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, filing, and burr removal, achieving uniform R-angles (size can be adjusted by changing the abrasive belt and process).
Improved Production Efficiency: Continuous feeding allows high-volume processing, meeting the demand for large orders.
Enhanced Product Quality: The consistency of workpiece processing is excellent, with surface treatment far exceeding manual processing.
