  2. Equipment Function: The L1350 is a sophisticated sanding and deburring machine that integrates a dry sand belt with eight groups of universal sand tablet roller brushes. Its primary functions include:

    • Deburring Treatment: Effectively removes burrs from workpiece edges and holes.

    • Metal Plate Hairline Treatment: Achieves fine surface finishes.

    • Deoxidation Skin and Polishing: Enhances the aesthetic and functional quality of the workpiece. This machine is capable of handling burrs generated from various processes such as stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, and flame cutting, ensuring that all edges and holes attain a small R arc effect. The processing method is designed to be safe and reliable, producing workpieces of exceptional quality.

II. Working Principle

The L1350 operates through a multi-stage process:

  • Initial Sanding: The machine utilizes a sand belt station to remove large slag particles and burrs from the surface of the workpiece.

  • Deburring with Roller Brushes: The subsequent eight groups of universal sand tablet roller brushes work in conjunction. The brushes rotate to perform high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, and cutting. This ensures that no burrs remain while maintaining the accuracy of the workpiece edges and inner holes.

  • Independent Operation: Both the sand belt and roller brush stations can function independently. The sand belt can perform metal hairline treatment, polishing, and peeling, while the roller brush effectively deburrs at 360 degrees without damaging the surface finish, especially for coated sheet metal parts.

  • Vacuum System: A robust vacuum negative pressure adsorption system secures workpieces during processing, allowing for efficient handling of items over 50mm without special tooling.

  • Dust Management: The machine includes a wet vacuum cleaner to minimize safety risks, efficiently capturing grinding dust through high-pressure airflow, and filtering it through a water deposition system, ensuring a clean working environment.
