800mm Sheet Metal Deburring Machine
The 800mm sheet metal deburring machine is engineered for deburring, edge rounding, slag removal, and surface finishing of laser-cut, punched, and plasma-cut sheet metal parts. It is ideal for medium-size components and ensures consistent, high-quality results across a wide range of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and copper.
Working Width: 800mm – Suitable for small to mid-size sheet metal parts
Multi-head Configuration: Available with 1 to 3 stations
1 Head: Universal rotary brush
2 Heads: Abrasive belt + rotary brush
3 Heads: 2 abrasive belts + rotary brush
Deburring + Edge Rounding: Achieves R2 edge radius on internal & external contours
Slag Removal (Optional): For heavy dross from plasma or flame cutting
Vacuum or Magnetic Bed: For secure handling of small/thin parts
