LSP-162
This model is a combination of a workbench and a mechanical polishing arm, designed for small batch metal plate surface polishing, slag removal, deburring, and other processing tasks. The machine allows manual control of grinding strength, offering a gentle yet effective polishing process. It features an automatic vacuum adsorption table that evenly distributes suction force, allowing workpieces to be placed flat on the surface without the need for clamping. This ensures efficient, safe, and convenient operation.
The machine is designed with a vacuum system to automatically extract dust during grinding, maintaining a clean workspace and protecting the health of workers. The machine is equipped with one power source and two grinding heads, which can be quickly swapped by rotating 180 degrees, making the system both efficient and energy-saving.
Parameter | Value |
---|---|
Work Platform Size | 1200mm × 750mm |
Gross Power | 3.86kW |
Machining Thickness | 0.5mm - 200mm |
Brush Size | φ162mm |

Acceptance Process:
Party B shall conduct on-site acceptance of the equipment, submitting an acceptance plan to Party A at least one week in advance. Party A may provide necessary components for testing, which should be returned along with the equipment. Alternatively, video inspections are acceptable.
Acceptance Criteria:
Acceptance will be based on this technical agreement, signed technical documents, national acceptance standards, and testing of the equipment’s functions, quality, and accuracy. This includes evaluating mechanical, electrical equipment, and safety standards.
Issue Resolution:
Any issues remaining after the acceptance process must be resolved by Party B according to the acceptance minutes. These results and requirements are final unless both parties agree in writing to any changes. After qualification, the equipment will be delivered to Party A.
Easy to Use: Manual pressure application for customized grinding strength.
Efficient: Automatic vacuum system and quick grinding head swaps.
Safe: No clamping needed, dust collection ensures a clean and safe workspace.
Energy-saving: Optimized design reduces power consumption while maintaining productivity.
This combination of features makes the equipment ideal for small batch processing in metalworking, offering a clean, safe, and efficient solution for various metal surface finishing tasks.
