1. Main Processing Scope

    • Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum plates, copper plates, and various non-ferrous metals.

    This machine is a dry-type four-unit universal abrasive flap brush combination model, primarily designed for:

    Special Advantages:

    • Maintains workpiece dimensional accuracy.

    • Suitable for laser-cut or CNC-punched metal sheets with protective film, ensuring burr removal without damaging the film.

    • Uses specially designed soft abrasive filaments that focus only on burrs, guaranteeing no damage to the surface of the metal sheet.

    • Removing burrs from edges and holes of workpieces.

    • One-pass deburring of small burrs generated by stamping, shearing, and laser cutting processes.

    • Achieving uniform small R-arc edges on all corners and holes.


2. Working Principle

This machine utilizes a combination of 4 sets of universal abrasive flap brushes to achieve the following:

  1. Dual Rotation System:

    • Adjacent flap brushes rotate in opposite directions while simultaneously revolving as a unit.

    • Removes burrs from edges and holes through multi-directional actions such as centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, leaving no blind spots.

  2. Precise R-Arc Formation:

    • The R-arc size can be adjusted by selecting different abrasive materials and techniques.

    • Continuous feed processing ensures no distortion of workpiece dimensions.

  3. Conveyor System:

    • Equipped with a strong vacuum adsorption system to secure workpieces as small as 50mm × 50mm for pass-through processing.

    • Special fixtures are available for unique workpieces.

    • Conveyor speed is infinitely adjustable via frequency control.

  4. Dust Management:

    • Features a wet dust collector to minimize safety hazards.

    • Dust and grinding residues are efficiently collected and filtered using a water spray system, with clean air released into the atmosphere.

    • Metal powder can be recycled for eco-friendly production.
