Features
Through heat conduction welding, the laser melts the plates along the track that needs to be connected, so that the joints of the two thin plates are melted and joined, and a weld is formed after cooling. Thermal conduction welding is similar to spot welding, but the laser beam moves after the molten pool is formed. Compared with traditional welding, laser heat conduction welding can not only reduce material deformation, but also is a faster welding method. In addition, it can achieve smooth and non-porous welds without any subsequent processing.
