Equipment Function:
This equipment is a dry-type system with eight groups of universal sand tablet roller brush combinations. It is primarily used to handle the edge and hole deburring of workpieces. Burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, and other processes can be removed in all directions, resulting in edges and holes with a smooth, small R-radius. The processing is safe, reliable, and ensures perfect quality for the workpieces.
This equipment uses eight groups of universal sand tablet roller brushes. Adjacent sand tablet roller brushes rotate in opposite directions while the combination of the brushes orbits. This results in high-speed centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, filing, and burr removal on the edges and inner holes of the workpiece. The burrs are completely removed, and the accuracy of the workpiece is not affected. Additionally, a uniform R-radius is produced on the edges (the R-radius size can be adjusted by selecting different processes and abrasive belts), ensuring that the workpiece’s size and precision remain intact.
The sand rolling brush can operate independently, providing 360-degree burr removal without dead zones. This feature is particularly advantageous for laser-cut or CNC-punched parts, especially those with coated sheet metal. The burrs are effectively removed without damaging the protective film, and the sheet metal is not scratched. Because this equipment uses a special soft abrasive wire designed specifically for burr removal, it guarantees no damage to the surface of the workpiece (even when a film is present).
The equipment is equipped with a strong vacuum system that uses negative pressure to securely fix the workpiece. For workpieces larger than 50mm x 50mm (without holes), machining can be done without the need for tooling, and special workpieces can be processed using custom tooling. The conveyor system is equipped with a frequency-controlled, stepless speed regulation system.
The equipment is also paired with a wet vacuum system, which reduces safety risks by efficiently handling grinding dust. The high-pressure, high-flow fan draws in the dust and deposits it in the dust chamber, where water-based filtration captures the dust particles. This ensures that clean air is discharged into the atmosphere, creating a safe and healthy working environment for operators and enabling the recycling of metal powders, thus promoting environmentally-friendly production.
