This machine utilizes a combination of 4 sets of universal abrasive flap brushes to achieve the following:
Dual Rotation System:
Adjacent flap brushes rotate in opposite directions while simultaneously revolving as a unit.
Removes burrs from edges and holes through multi-directional actions such as centrifugal grinding, scraping, cutting, and filing, leaving no blind spots.
Precise R-Arc Formation:
The R-arc size can be adjusted by selecting different abrasive materials and techniques.
Continuous feed processing ensures no distortion of workpiece dimensions.
Conveyor System:
Equipped with a strong vacuum adsorption system to secure workpieces as small as 50mm × 50mm for pass-through processing.
Special fixtures are available for unique workpieces.
Conveyor speed is infinitely adjustable via frequency control.
