This Mini Laser Welding Machine is specially developed by Dapeng Laser for precision laser welding of jewelry. It is mainly used for perforating and spot welding of gold and silver jewelry, as well as micro welding of small and delicate metal components.
Laser spot welding is an important application of laser processing technology. The welding process is based on thermal conduction: laser radiation heats the surface of the workpiece, and the heat is then diffused into the interior through thermal conduction, melting the material. By precisely controlling the pulse width, laser energy, peak power, and repetition frequency, a stable and controlled molten pool is formed.
